In 1975 I got my diploma (Masters) in psychology, after studying at the universities of Mannheim and Heidelberg. I was then trained by Dr. Rüdiger Rogoll for four years in Transactional Analysis. I enlarged my therapeutic skills in the field of body therapy with Dr. S. Sabetti in Munic (four years), in Hypno-Therapy with Dres. Zeig, Rossi and Lankton (one year) and systemic family therapy and systemic consulting of organizations with Dr. Gunther Schmidt in Heidelberg, as well as in NLP with Dipl.Psych. Bodo Maier in Konstanz (one year) and EMDR in Köln and Schaffhausen (one year).

In 1975 I was first employed in a neurological rehab-clinic in Konstanz. Four years later I opened my private office for psycho-therapy and training in Transactional Analysis. 1981 I began working with companies and organizations, and founded KONSTANZER SEMINARE in 1986. Until 1995 I was mainly training executives, implementing the system of management by objectives and training sales managers and sales personnel. Since 1990 I have specialized in coaching of executives on all management levels, sales coaching and training coaches themselves. KONSTANZER SEMINARE  belongs to the three largest  institutions offering a complete coaching curriculum.

I am one of the founders and presidential board leaders and senior coach of the Deutscher Bundesverband für Coaching (DBVC). I belong to the coaching pool of the following companies: Audi, BMW, Daimler, Lufthansa, SAP, Siemens, Telekom. I manage the coaching pool of the MBA-Executive-Training for the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Coaching Methods

The goal of the coaching process is to enable the executive to moderate his attitude and/or his performance in such a way as to overcome the obstacle that so far stood in the way. This usually involves identifying how the executive has blocked himself up to this point. The coaching process and all its effects must of course be in accord with the personality of the coachee and the specific system in which he or she performs professionally. I am known to work quickly and goal-oriented. The coachee´s advantage is therefore usually reaching his goal in about five  two-hour sessions. But should it be necessary, I also offer prolonged assistance.

My coaching techniques base on: Introvision, Transactional Analysis, systemic methods, and Milton H. Erickson´s resource-oriented methods.

I administer coaching on all management levels.
