In the course of training and coaching sessions, I am frequently asked whether it is possible to “improve” one’s own body language. People often refer to Samy Molcho and his writings. However, this is no simple “yes or no” question, in my opinion.
Is Introvision an Adequate Solitary Tool for Business Coaching?
Introvision for business coaching – is it sufficient?
I’d have to answer this with a decisive “No!” I see Introvision as a very important tool in the business coaching process, but by no means exclusive: in most cases we are concerned with issues that are immune to the Introvision approach. For example, if the client simply lacks the adequate strategies to handle a very specific situation, the way to go is to develop and train these strategies with him. Introvision would only come into play in the case that internal conflicts or blockades prevent the client from employing these strategies despite being fully aware that they fit the situation.
